I recently had the pleasure of working with Alen Baits during one of the most challenging times in my life. I was overwhelmed with debt from managing two households and a business, and Alen’s kindness and patience were exactly what I needed. He created a safe space for me, and his support went beyond just finding a solution. While I wasn’t excited about closing accounts, Alen helped me see the bigger picture—getting out of debt will allow me to take care of my family, save my business, and work toward buying property again. We were on the call over two hours as he showed empathy as he explained everything to me, and he patiently answered every one of my questions and made an important correction in response to my preference. This was a difficult but necessary decision for me. Alen understood that and helped me feel confident and at ease in making it and getting through the process of enacting it.

Helpful, knowable, and friendly service

I was speaking with Steve in originally trying to see about a personal loan. He advised and help me get into a debt consolidation application so I can start to get my life back on track and stop living paycheck to paycheck! He was so pleasant to work with and kept me up to date with each step! Would recommend Simple Solutions to anyone I know that is looking for debt consolidation before leading to bankruptcy!

I spent almost 2 hrs on the phone. At the END everything was signed all info given THEN we find out one of my biggest debts was not on the plan and this debtor doesn't work with FREEDOM. Wasted my whole afternoon for absolutely nothing
