Another superb job from the team
Adam, Louise and Rob were excellent throughout the refinancing process. They arranged a revaluation mortgage quickly and stayed closely involved during the legal process, helping keep everything moving when delays and issues cropped up.
Their attention to detail really made a difference.. responsive, clear in their communication and proactive in chasing matters rather than waiting for things to happen. Without that level of involvement, the process would definitely have taken significantly longer.
Furthermore they also provided valuable support around the bridging loan redemption, helping make sure everything was lined up properly, with charges validated, before moving onto the new mortgage at the end of the development phase. That support was invaluable.
I can honestly say, the service from the team was professional, reliable and genuinely helpful from start to finish. Would definitely recommend and wouldn't hesitate in using the team again on the next project.

We had a few challenges at the start and needed to switch lenders, but Rob stepped in to negotiate fees so we didn't pay more than we would have for the more in-depth valuation.
