Ordered some glass pipes and a grinder the pipes that came were pink not clear and I got 8 but paid for 9 the grinder was not in the box but the invoice said it was. Tried calling, sent emails and text messages have not heard from anyone. Basically my entire order#2542 not 1 thing was right, never again

UPDATE: The “ob-gren-45” “4.5" Glass Green Multi function Hand Oil Burner Pipe“ I purchased popped within 10 days/5-6 uses, or 3x as fast as a convenience store rosebud pipe.

Alright shipping and handling time. The actual quality of the pipe is yet to be determined. From initial use it is exceptional.

I RECEIVED 2 CRACKED PIPES IN MY ORDER. I REACHED OUT A TOTAL OF 4 TIMES! DID NOT EVEN HEAR A WORD FROM THEM AND IT HAS BEEN 5 WORKING DAYS! BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR 4 YEARS, NOT ANYMORE! TERRIBLE!!! DISRESPECTFUL WAY TO DO BUSINESS!

The pipe quality was good, the package was damaged and 1pipe was broken. The way it was packaged seemed ok, I think it was mishandled, but possibly a sticker mentioning glass inside, fragile might have benefited.

I love ordering from SPG I’ve been ordering from them quit a lot lately and I have received my items pretty fast usually but this last order seems to be taking its time. They are good about making up damaged packages also. I also want to mention that the oil burners Ive purchase don’t seem to be the same ones when ordered again. I have bought several and every time they are different from the ones I received before which leaves me to order again hoping to get the ones I want. Overall I recommend this company and their staff.
