I telephoned Simple ITS with an issue regarding my old laptop that would not load and was showing an error message I couldn't fix myself. Turned out my hard drive was a write off. New hard drive supplied and fitted and windows reinstalled all within 24 hours. Super service with explanation of issues in terms I could understand.
