To be honest with you I was sceptical but they are comfortable and I would cocommenf them. The insole is comfortable on the feet and thr wide fit is great when you have Hobit wide feet (sarcasm) however I would recommend that if you are wearing them in the garden as well as in the house just a friendly reminder to wash the soles of your sleepers as you would not wear your shoes indoors would you.

The delivery firm did not deliver the very heavy parcel to the address , despite being told that it was to a first floor flat. Instead it was left at the separate main reception building it is obviously a retiral village - how did they expect me to retrieve it and carry it to another building I am 87 years old - the same age as many of your clients for this product zi am sure. The gardener had to bring it to me.

Hiring was easy and the service friendly and efficient.

Although the store did not have the mobility scooter we were hoping to see, they did show us another similar scooter and explained it carefully. We then purchased the scooter. It was available in store and they not only prepared it for us but accompanied us to our car to ensure we could take it apart and assemble it again.
They were very helpful.

I frequently use the mobility shop in the Merry Hill Centre, to hire a mobility scooter to enable me to shop with my family. The staff are always polite, helpful and very friendly. The cost of the hire is reasonable for 4hrs hire. It really does enable me to spend time in a real shopping experience rather than have to rely on online shopping.
