I put in a claim for an item I purchased thru simple lots that I was unhappy with due to poor construction & flaws. Waited over a week with no response. Emailed them a second time requesting a status on my claim. It’s over 2 weeks later & crickets….Very dissatisfied with SimpleLots.

Absolutely no seller support, no customer service, dont answer ANY emails. And now they have raised their fees to be one of the most expensive marketplaces out there. You are on your own as a seller there, they dont advertise except on their instagram and facebook and yet feel they can charge higher fees than Ebay or Etsy. they are just barely under Posh and at least they handle things for you and have customer service. And traffic, I ised to be ok with the lack of support on this site when the fees were not ridiculous. And now they have asked me to write a review- so here you go an HONEST review. 15%PLUS PayPal fees for just a so so marketplace, no advertising and no support is not competitive. That's more than Ebay and at least they have traffic.

No customer service, no one replays to the seller's emails, sent to them asking about the taxes and never heard from them. Now they have increased their fees to 20% + paypal fees. This place has slow traffic and few customers. No advertising but posting the item on their Facebook page or sending empty emails. Website was not been modified for years. Why they deserve 20% in fees?

Purchase at your own risk!!! I purchased a few lots already from different sellers but my most recent purchase with a new seller was a disaster. The listing was a complete lie. They provided a photo to give you an idea of what you are purchasing but what was received was totally different.
I am trying to get a refund but it seems to be an uphill battle as neither the seller nor the Simple Lots team were responsive.
So long story short, look at the reviews carefully before making a purchase. If I had done so, I would not have purchased from HS Wholesale. Also, know that you won't get any help from the Simple Lots team.

I took a risk with this site and I regret it. First off, I’m so happy I’m only out $35. Secondly, this is not a good site for buyers! I ordered a mixed fashion jewelry box. No I wasn’t expecting high quality jewelry but I was not expecting to get a box filled with basement smelling jewelry that was either broken or it was dirty and unusable. I gave what wasn’t broken or disgusting to my kids to play with. I wish I could’ve taken pictures and posted them with my review but apparently people think we’re supposed to notify them if we leave a bad review. No! I’m sorry but I’m not giving anyone a chance to explain that! I spent MY money and got fooled!

The sellers and simple lot team are all crooks. One seller sold me fake apple watches so I filed a complaint and it’s been over a month now.

I have used this site one time and just used it for a second time today. There are excellent deals and the buyers and sellers on here are so nice. I would definitely recommend it if you were looking to make some money in the reselling business!

I bought a lot off of H&J Liquidators. It was an unopened returns from Wish. I was not disappointed. I have made my money back plus a profit. Definitely 5 star I will be buying again.

I love this site. I started buying from it and now am selling. You can get great deals as well as establish business relationships! I have sold on many sites and this is my favorite!!!

This is an awesome website. A lot of customers and an amazing platform. Highly recommend it to many businesses to list their products.

THIER VICE PRES STOLE MONEY FROM MY ACCT
I SHIPPED A $1400 ORDER TO A CUSTOMER OVERSEAS. THEY PAID ME VIA SIMPLOTS AND THEN DID A CHARGEBACK WITH THEIR BANK BUT KEPT THE MERCHANDISE. THE BUYER PAYS SIMPLELOTS AND THEN SL PAYS THE SELLER. THEREFORE I KNOW THE ORIGINAL CHARGEBACK WAS TAKEN FROM THEIR BANK ACCOUNT, NOT MINE. YET THEY HAD THE AUDACITY TO TAKE THE MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. THE VICE PRESIDENT HIS NAME IS VIN EMAILED ME SAYING THEY COULD SEE THE CUSTOMER GOT THE ITEM AND WAS JUST LYING AND HE GAVE ME HALF OF MY MONEY BACK WHICH WAS ABOUT $700. HE ASSURED ME THAT ONCE THE INVESTIGATION WAS DONE AND THE BUYER'S BANK DECIDED IN OUR FAVOR HE WOULD SEND ME THE REST OF MY MONEY BACK. MONTHS PASSED AND I SENT HIM 3 EMAILS SINCE THEN WHICH HE NEVER REPLIED TO. SO THIS COMPANY IS TOTALLY OKAY WITH TAKING OVER $700 FROM THEIR SELLERS AND NOT COMMUNICATING WITH THEM IN REGARDS TO MAJOR TRANSACTION ISSUES. I WILL NEVER USE THIS SITE AGAIN AND I HAVE DETERRED SEVERAL COLLEAGUES FROM DOING SO AS WELL.

I have enjoyed ordering from your site. I have loved everything i have received. ordering is fast and easy, shipping is excellent, the quality of products are 98% top-notch.
