We have been using this company for a couple of years and have always found that when things go wrong (as they inevitably do from time to time) their technical support is always very fast to respond.
10/10, would serve simply again
At the company where I work, we started using Simple Servers for their extremely fast dedicated SSD servers for Magento. I've also personally moved a number of friend's Wordpress sites to their shared hosting services. I found that the site speeds improved significantly compared to the hosting they were on before.
Excellent Service

Full server management is not Full
Have paid £65 per month for Full Server Management for the last few yers and I am being asked to pay more for them to manage my server. Very disappointed

Not suitable for websites that need to be up
Unsuitable for business where the website being up is critical as support can be very slow even when chased. Either number of support staff is not enough or prioritisation of critical support tickets does not happen.

Great 'Out of Hours' Support
I am on M Pro shared hosting package had a few issues of downtime which I reported to SimpleServers. The team tried on previous occasions to rectify the problem but it continued for another week.
I contacted them again and this time they moved my Magento site over to a completely new server (which I am hoping will be more stable).
The server moved happened out of hours (02:00) which I really appreciated to avoid any disruption to orders.
The switch was done without any problems with great open dialogue the following morning to ensure everything was working as expected.
Great communication and support! Let’s hope this is the end of any future down time.
Avoid at all costs.
Without doubt the worst experience I have encountered across hosting platforms. A server outage has so far caused 18 hours of downtime, with our emails still being offline and the website still being unstable. The lack of phone support has proven to be a significant issue and there have been no attempts by senior management to project manage this particular issue. Generally the online support is speedy for general questions but it is thoroughly unacceptable that an alternative server wasn't made available sooner and service restored throughout the night. Even for a lower traffic website or hosting project I would advise avoiding and take a view that a more robust crisis management policy should be an essential in your decision making process. The decision to host here was before my time but we have already started steps today to move to an alternative company. My recommendation is to avoid. I would actively expect a significant reply to this review .. stating it as unfair or inaccurate as this seems to be a previous modus operandi however I chose my words and statements carefully as an accurate reflection of this mayhem this situation generated over the last 24 hours.

Very disappointed
Very disappointed. Looking to move a magento store to a dedicated server so simple servers were clearly worth a look. Made a sales enquiry by web chat and was told to fill in the online enquiry form. Did this and got a message to confim contact would be made with me.
No one did so after a few days I followed up on the basis that we were interested in their hosting but not getting a response to a sales enquiry did not inspire confidence in after sales support as a prompt. Still no answer.
Few days later we called the sales helpline and were told all sales staff were busy but someone would call back. Nearly a week later no one has called back. We are an established IT business for nearly 20 years. Very disappointed. Maybe Simple Servers are service focussed rather than sales focussed but wouldn't really want to take a chance on this experience.
