When we decided to sell our home in south Florida, we had not been involved in the real estate market in over two decades. When I spoke with Skip, the SimpleShowing agent in our area, I was apprehensive about the service level of a 1% listing fee. Skip took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. Once the process began, he remained in contact with us and kept us up to date and informed on what to expect. The level of service from SimpleShowing exceeded our expectations; from the ease of document signings to the photographer who spent nearly two hours photographing our house to Skip's handling of the scheduling and negotiations, we couldn't have been more pleased. And, in the end, we saved over $10,000 in commission fees! We would highly recommend SimpleShowing to anyone considering selling or buying a home.

Wonderful experience with Matt in getting my listing set up and Kain, our agent. We were on the market within about 48 hours. Loved the photos and they made the negotiation process easy. In the end, we saved a ton of commission and are so glad we didn't use the other agent we interviewed! LOL

Simple showing was an amazing company to work with on selling our home, i couldnt imagine after having used them going with anyone else. Great communication and fast response and factual answers to questions and concerns. The process and fees were laid out in the beginning and everything through the whole process went just as they said it would, and they're were no hidden or surprising fees at the end that weren't mentioned. Smooth process, everything was just great, will be recommending to everyone I know is looking to sell or purchase a home.

I just bought my first townhome in Atlanta with SimpleShowing. Fred was an awesome agent who helped me negotiate almost all of my closing costs to be paid by the seller. In addition, I got several thousand dollars back with the Buyer Refund that I will be using to make renovations to my new place. There's no better way to buy!

I had a fantastic experience working with Fred and his team! And, I saved a TON of money compared to using one of the typical 6% agent fee real estate companies. I received the same services, if not better, including signage, professional photos, a lock-box with text notifications, a real agent to work with, help with negotiating and closing the deal, etc. This is the best experience available and at a fraction of the cost!

We just closed our house that was listed with Fred McGill, Simple Showing. First let me say that I used to be an Atlanta real estate agent for 7 years - and was a partner on a lot of listings with an agent that was #1 with a national company that is probably the largest real estate company in Atlanta. During those 7 years, I never worked with an agent as sharp, honest, professional, and attentive as Fred McGill. He was extremely helpful when pricing our home. With my experience, I was impressed on the details that he considers. The photographer was excellent. Fred's communication was impressive, answering any and all texts and phone calls very quickly. All this was great, but what blew us out of the water was how he helped us negotiate so wisely. Unlike just about every agent I've even known, his commission is NOT his priority. Instead it was getting us an excellent contract. Speaking of commission, we paid Simple Showing's flat fee and saved approximately $10,000 on the commission. Our only regret is that we purchased a house a few months earlier with a different agent. She was good for unlocking the doors, but when it came time to negotiate an offer. she wanted to take the easy route that leads to a commission. After working with Fred, I am confident that we would have negotiated a much better contract PLUS we would have gotten money back from a much better commission. Finally, 'have to mention that we found Fred in the first place from a friend who owns 8 homes (they rent them out), and Fred is the only agent they will work with.

We sold our last house thru a traditional agent, but she didn't really do much and doubtful that she deserved the $12,000 that she was paid. We sold this home with SimpleShowing and it was quick and efficient. We really liked our photographer, our agent and really the whole process.
