User Friendly
The interface is easy to use, not complex. Few things can be fixed to make it more easire- when we type a message that is copied from anywhere and then add a texting number- our text message copied gets removed so we have to start over again as sometime I need to type a message first instead of a number.
Also, to mark the contact as unsubscribed to subscribed, Invalid to valid, unassigned to assigned should be available right next to number panel we do not want to go to contacts tab everytime for taking those actions.

Solid Platform with room for support enhancements
We've been using SimpleTexting for a while and overall, we really like the platform, it's user friendly and fits our basic communication needs well. However, when there are issues, it can be challenging to get clear support and resolution. We encounter error messages almost daily, and it's difficult to report them efficiently or receive timely updates. It would be incredibly helpful if there were a more streamlined way to communicate technical problems, whether that's real time support chat, more detailed error explanations, or even a dashboard to track known issues and status updates. A stronger support system would make a big difference in our overall experience and confidence in the platform.
I find the program easy enough to use…
I find the program easy enough to use for the needs of our organization. I can create text to go out immediately or schedule them to go out later with ease. I appreciate the ability to create as many additional categories as needed for my volunteers. We did have a glitch one time where the program sent out thousands of text messages in error, but customer service was friendly and able to get all of our credits back quickly. One thing I would ask is to create the ability to "unread" a text. We have multiple people using our account and it has caused issues when someone accidentally opens a text not for them and can not mark it as unread.
