We had the most remarkable day out with Simple Trips. Not only was everything well planned, but we felt, in every instance, that our guide and driver truly cared about our experience from the moment we got on the coach to the moment we left. Very helpful, polite and knowledgeable. Borde Gardens has exquisite gardens and sculptures for all garden lovers. The tea and Danish’s was well received and very delicious. We could not fault the buffet especially the pudding. We had a fabulous day out and the staff did their best to make this trip memorable. We will be booking more day trips with this company and would highly recommend.

My first simple trip to Birmingham for a day of shopping around the centre. What can I say what a A class service from the simple trips team. From the day I booked to drop the team looked after myself and family.

I would recommend simple trips to any one of is wishing for a day out with.

We recently participated in a trip to Weymouth which was enjoyable. What was particularly nice was the fact that the coach host presented us with 'snack packs' upon boarding. It was a sweet touch which made all the difference to feeling valued as a customer.

The coach itself was comfortable and the driver pleasant. The only negative thing was the toilet on board wasn't as clean as it could have been.

What a wonderful day out,we were well looked after the minute the coach pulled up. Definitely will do this again .

I had a wonderful trip to Primark Birmingham today The driver was excellent and polite ,the trip up was smooth and drop us right near the Bullring and Primark .
The lady that was the hostess message us 15 minutes before pick up time was due and also gave the pick up point address in case i forgot ,which was very handy . I had a lovely day and it was a pleasure to go with Simple Trips .
I would recommend Simple Trips to all my friends and family and will be booking again .

There was text messaging telling you how long they would take to reach your pick up point.The hostess was excellent making sure everyone was comfortable.the goody bags were a pleasant surprise.we received a text 15minutes before our coach was going to pick us up.
We had a wonderful day the sun shone from the time we got to Weymouth..A lovely quiet journey home.i cannot fault Simple Trips at all.
I will definitely will definitely be traveling with them again.

A very good time was had by all, we were picked up on time, nothing was too much for the friendly staff, the snack pack was a lovely touch too. Keep up the good work , will definately be booking other trips with you. Thank you so much

Had a fantastic day trip was smooth going, staff very pleasant, nice to have a bag of snacks and drink given to us as we entered the coach. Very clean and comfortable coach. We had a mixed generation of people from babies toddlers teenagers through to OAPs all great fun. So if you want a stress free day out then book your seat.

There is a few points to bring up the driver didn't mention health and safety of the coach and he didn't tell people to wear seat belts wear your masks quite a few points that are really important
