Simple WFH Reviews 

The top boad of the desk was slightly scratched on delivery. Some Quality Control at the packing stage would have prevented this.
The design of the desk is good and the assembly comparatively simple.
The instruction book has not been proof-read: "dege" rather than "edge" etc.
Again a little QC would solve this.

There was no communication on the date it would arrive, tracking didn’t work at all and so when the parcel did arrive (large parcel) it was left on my doorstep where anyone could of stolen it!!! There was no follow up message to say it had been delivered and the shop app just says mark as delivered. I was that angry I was very tempted to say it hasn’t been delivered!!

The desk is really lovely and very easy to put together, feels very solid when built.
My son is very happy looks lovely in his room.

Delivery was very quick and easy although the desk I purchased is not very well made. I have not built it yet as I have not finished decorating, but I opened it up to check all the pieces where there and unfortunately there are a few scratches and the edges are a bit scruffy. I don't think returning and replacing would improve the quality so I'll keep as I urgently need a desk..maybe I just got what I paid for, but it's bit of a shame

The desk arrived extremely quickly from point of delivery.

The instructions were very simple making the desk easy to put up. Most importantly it looks absolutely fantastic and is very sturdy, clearly made from high quality materials.

Would definitely order from here again!

I originally ordered a different desk but during the longer delivery time I saw an advert for the Reed desk and realised it would actually be a better fit.
I mailed my request and had a response within minutes confirming I could make the swap.
Excellent customer service and communication throughout and when the desk arrived it was easy to put together - love it!

I would have liked to give 5 stars because after I ordered my desk it was dispatched within 24 hours which was excellent.

The desk I'm happy with there was an issue with a couple of the screws and nuts but we eventually got them to work. So happy with the finished product.

My issue was the condition of the box when it was delivered. There were a number of holes in the packaging which concerned me but I was pleased to find that there was polystyrene packaging. The polystyrene was cracked and dinted so if it wasn't there then the desk would have been damaged.

Excellent product, great price and fast delivery. My only complaint was the poor assembly instructions.

I purchased the tonga desk only to get an email THREE days later to say they were out of stock and I’d get £10 off a chair if I still wanted to buy a desk.

I ordered the Versa laptop stand. Really happy that it arrived already assembled so I could use it straight away. Great, cheaper alternative to a standing desk and I like that I can use it while I’m working from my sofa.

Really happy with the desk. Practical size and sturdy feel. 1 - 2 hours assembly time. Paid extra for fast delivery, arrived after 5 days.

Not great service . Didn’t want to help with dpd address issues and wanted £80 to change delivery address !! Would buy again

Excellent product, excellent price and really excellent customer service. They didn't have any of the items left in stock that i ordered, I was contacted right away and offered a replacement. Couldn't fault them at all.
