Before using Simplex

Before using Simplex, I stayed stressed out when buying Crypto (confusing instructions & long wait periods before receiving my Crypto). Thanks to Simplex, I'm stress-free & receive my Crypto VERY quick. 5 Stars!

So far, so good!

So far, my experience has been minimal, just trying to set up my account. They sre accepting my deposits in small amounts over time. In my opinion, communication has been easy and clear. Once my account is set up, I will be able to better judge how things go. That said, i have heard goid things about doing business with them

First time buying Crypto from…my own Wallet!

For the first time buying Crypto from my own Cold wallet and not on an exchange, Simplex made it very easy each step of the way. The directions were clear and easy to follow and the entire process was seamless! I am extremely impressed and very content. Simplex made this an enjoyable process and not stressful. I am a Happy Customer!

Extremely unprofessional, unreliable, and absolutely not worth trusting

I told the owner my iPhone 16 had heat damage and asked for a full assessment. He confidently promised it would be fixed for ₹30,000 — but that was the first lie.
After the “repair,” the phone came back with a major calling issue. I couldn’t hear anything. He charged another ₹6,500, and the problem STILL wasn’t fixed. Now he expects ₹10,000 more, taking the total to ₹46,500, and the phone is still unusable.
What made this worse was his behaviour — unbelievably rude, arrogant, and abusive, even though his work failed repeatedly. No responsibility, no professionalism, no technical skill — nothing.
I feel completely cheated and disrespected.
This place is unprofessional, unreliable, and absolutely not worth trusting.
Avoid it at all costs.
