Below average customer support!!!

I purchased a cold storage wallet from Ellipal and began purchasing crypto through simplex. Everything was going fine, until.i attempted to purchase more crypto the third time and their third party ID verification company asked for my information. I attempted to open the screen to send my info, I keep receiving an error message and that was two weeks ago, I contacted simplex customer support and it was supposed to be forwarded to tech support, didn't happen and this was multiple occasions. Will not attempt to purchase any more from simplex

Please be informed that you were not charged for these unsuccessful purchase attempts - instead, as a standard banking procedure, an authorization hold was placed on your funds to ensure that your card was eligible for the transaction. The hold has now been successfully voided on our end, therefore the rest depends on your bank's processing speed.

The money should be back shortly, but no later than in 3 business days. As much as we would love to help you, we find ourselves unable to speed up the release of your funds, as this would entirely depend on the processing speed of your card issuing bank.

I had no problem in using simplex.com to buy cryptos & transferring from my trust wallet to my QFSvault account. At the end of a series of transactions they will submit by email all the necessary details so that I can review & if there's anything that requires further help from them.

The purchasing process is very smooth &…

The purchasing process is very smooth & easy. Depending on the blockchain , I received my purchased amount in about 30 min><. I was always sent an email to let me know what the hash on the Blockchain was for my notes. The following day I always received an email asking if I had received my purchase.. I was always kept up to date on my purchases. I will always use Simplex in the future.
