Do not hire this company Simplex…

Do not hire this company Simplex Group!!! The salesman Jonathan Bustillo made me waste time and money. I have paid for the service for over a month, I just received the approved MC, two days have passed and no one has answered me. The assigned Dispatch worker is not attending to me now because he was removed, the rude salesman on the phone said that he would cancel my company so that he would not work for me anymore… So I need a full refund of what I have paid and to cancel all signed documents!!! I urgently need a manager to complete this process but I don’t have any solutions

I would not recommend this company

I would not recommend this company for any DOT compliance services. Please do not trust what the sales rep tells you.
I don't know what their workloads were but they were not very timely prompted, not responsive and were not professional with progress updates. I just requested one month service but they asked me to pay for 3 months. I asked time to time that I just wanted to tryout one month service and told them to let me know when the one month of service was completed but they never did and asked me to pay for 3 months of service fee.
They could not dispute any of our DOT inspection violations while the sales rep told me that there were several cases that they would win and clear.
Their drivers training was not very successful either. I was expecting something different from what our company could do but their driver training was just sending them video links and call them to remind them to watch it couple times a week. Overall I did not get what the sales rep promised at all.

Four out of 5 so far

Four out of 5 so far. If it keeps up it will be 5 by next week. It’s a lot to take in, but they made sure we got thru it. I couldn’t have made it without Osly. He’s the best at making sure I understand everything and where and who to turn to. If I forget something, he helps straighten it out. If I’m overwhelmed, he takes me step by step. Looking forward to a great relationship with the organization because of Osly and his team.

Outstanding service with Osly and his…

Outstanding service with Osly and his team, super helpful, efficient, friendly and trying to save me every single penny they can . Simplex has everything you need to start your own trucking business. They offered me commercial insurance, ELD , Factoring, Fuel cards for my business, they directed me through the right path to be 100% legal and avoid getting any kind of DOT violation on the road! Simplex highly recommend it.

I'm Very Hard To Disappoint!

I'm Very Hard To Disappoint!! I try to find the good
In everything, and everybody. This Company managed
to get me shut down, and charged me a little over
1600 to do it. They were supposedly versed in Safety Rating Upgrades, and Compliance. I relied on their expertise. I had a deadline
to meet to have everything in to DOT. They had my files
prepared on the day of the deadline. I was so livid because they had 2 freaking months to have everything
in compliance and turned in. When I expressed my concerns they knew they messed up. All they could say was they were sorry. I asked for a partial refund, of course they didn't respond to it. Take heed to my WARNING (DON'T DO IT). I'm not saying every area of their business is the same way, but the two department
that was so called helping me was less than disappointing.

Very disappointing

I was hired by them in new offices in Colombia after a tedious recruiting process and then a two months long training for they to terminate me under probation period for no reason. After they made us think we were in the right place and doing everything okay, just a mistake made that was actually them fault, they decided to fire me instead of accepting they were wrong. A very disappointing story for what the CEO swear to us was going to be a life-changing career.

Nobody ever answers the phone

Nobody ever answers the phone. I wait 8 hours to get an answer on an *email*. I wait 2 days for them to send an application on my driver's email. EMAIL!!! it takes 1 minute to send an email. Been waiting over a day to get a pre-employment drug test. I have been asking to speak to a manager to address these concerns, nobody ever called me back. Let's talk about customer service. Their answer: "we've been busy". If you are busy, don't hire new clients- easy like that. I lost a driver because he thought I was just lazy after waiting 2 days to get an application and drug test.

SIMPLEX GROUP IS TRASH!!!!!!

First of all, they need to learn to speak english properly couldnt understand them in ENGLISH OR SPANISH!!!! This company is VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!! They never know what's going on. They promise you to keep you in compliance and don't really do anything at all! For our consortium, they would pick the same 2 people for every quarter! We would send the paperwork needed for DQ files and they would say they never received them! !!!!! IT'S A BIG WASTE OF YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!!! PLEASE CANCEL YOUR SERVICES immediately!!!I regret giving them a chance, Im definitely going back to CDL CONSULTANTS, with stephanie pine for all my DOT needs!

ATTENTION ATTENTION GUYS BEWARE!!!!! Stay away from this company they don’t do anything for you they always trying to steal your money they don’t file your ifta ontime I’m always getting charge late fees specially Kentucky they Revoked my license because of simple groupx they didn’t file 3rd Q but they file 4Q and I have pay KYU $500 to reinstate my license.If you've been ripped off or scammed by simplexgroup complain to the Federal Trade Commission. It can help put the bad guys like simplexgroup out of business.

worse company ever experienced. Never jump on it with their sales talk. They promise one thing and keep charging on so many different ways. they charged me on IFTA filing but not filed to the department.

Horrible service

Horrible service, gosh charge , one time you pay never help you en nothing it’s a sale business, only sale a sand castle that it ..

The honest truth about Simplex Group…

When I first spoke with Simplex Group about helping with my IRP, IFTA and Insurance they were more than happy to help. They returned my emails and calls promptly and answered any questions I had. After agreeing to go with them to handle all 3 of these things, I was given 2 different reps. One handles my insurance and the other IRP/IFTA. The original person I spoke with was wrong on about 50% of what we discussed. IRP and IFTA became a headache and the new rep, obviously, has no idea about procedures and steps needed to obtain IRP/IFTA in Texas. Despite paying the money up front, I have basically done the IRP on my own. Still awaiting IFTA, she will bo longer answer my emails or provide me with any information. I'm at a loss. My insurance rep was terrific up front. We were able to obtain the insurances needed fairly quickly and reasonably. Since then it has been a disaster trying to get coverages updated and making any necessary changes. I was never given login info to make my insurance payment and already have been sent a notice of cancellation. I don't believe this falls on my personal agent, but his hire up's. Still unacceptable and problem has not been solved. Do yourself a favor and turn to another company. They don't care about you or your livelihood.
