WRONG PRODUCT SUPPLIED INITIALLY BUT VERY QUICK TO RECTIFY

The website explained all the different water tests really well. The kit arrived quickly. It looks really well explained, for how to use and what to do with the results.

What I really needed was total water hardness test strips. The test I ordered came about due to ambiguous information. However the total hardness section does give a good indication of how my water softening unit is performing. MB

Prompt delivery of an excellent product

I bought the testing kit to see if my water leak was ground or treated water. The colour the test strips turned was just a wet version of the test strip and did not correspond with any colour on the chart on the side of test kit - I then tested a series of samples with known chlorine levels and nothing registered on the test strip. Although they were in date, they did not work. I got back to the company and was given 'cut and paste' type replies in which it was obvious what I was explaining hadn't been read. I was offered a 40% refund and despite sending two further emails, I have had no response or refund.

A straight forward easy to use process for getting your water tested. Would definitely recommend.

No tracking number provided, the Royal Mail order number does not appear to be a tracking number either although the order states "Royal Mail: tracking" as was requested when the purchase was made.
A full refund and an apology was received from SimplexHealth, and they have updated their ordering system accordingly. I feel that it is a very fair result.
