Great service, easy to use, reliable, priced right!
I was having some problems with sodastream cylinder exchange that weren't getting resolved, so I switched over to simplisoda. Simplisoda works perfectly. I've been using them for about 6 months so far and have done 3 exchanges so far. It's easy to use, it's been 100% reliable (never needed to contact support), and, although this wasn't my reason for switching, it also certainly doesn't hurt that the price is a little cheaper.

seems like not as much "Fizz per tank"??
The folks at Simolisoda are really nice. the service, price, and delivery time is great!! However, I use both Simlisoda and the other brand --Unfortunatly, I find that there is moire carbonation in the other brand!! I usually get about 40 bottles from a tank from Sinplisoda cylinders, and about 50 bottles from the other brand!!!
I use the same device, and the same technique each time!! Why is there a difference??

They charged me after the fact for not…
They charged me after the fact for not reurning empited even though I returned two sodastream cylinders. Customer service gave a snappy reply that the large sodastream container I sent back does not count.

Free soda machine + great customer service
I used them for about a year, when I noticed the CO2 wasn’t lasting as long. I complained and they not only refunded my recent order, but diagnosed that the O rings on my old soda stream were worn out and sent me a FREE soda machine. 10/10 customer service and quality.

SIMPLI SODA! BEWARE BEWARE!!!!! APP SUCKS AND MAKES YOU DOUBLE ORDER DUE TO BEING A TERRIBLE APP AND HAVING TECH ISSUES, AND THEN MAKE IT VERY HARD TO DO ANY KIND OF RETURN BEWARE!!!!!! LIKE TO BLAME CUSTOMER FOR MAKING DOUBLE ORDERS WHEN THEIR APP MAKES IT LOOK LIKE THINGS ARE FROZEN!!!! BEWARE BEWARE!!!!!
