EBay shop

Bought a product from their eBay account and it came broken, tried to resolve it but staff were rude and it took that long to even half resolve I had to go out and buy a different product so I am now out of pocket 2 times over

I am sorry but what you have put is not correct. You contacted us to say there was a fault with the product. We asked fro more details and photos showing the fault. We then replied back offering a replacement and collection of the faulty one. You then said that you had thrown the box away, so we said use the box from the replacement to return the faulty one in. You declined our offer of a replacement as you said you have bought one from somewhere else and you would return item through ebay instead. You opened a Return which we approved but you have not as yet returned the product to us so we can issue your refund. At no point have we been rude as you suggest, but have been more than helpful in trying to resolve the issue. If you had accepted the original offer of the replacement you would have it the following day and the faulty one would have been collected the day after and that would have been the end of the matter. Instead by not doing so you have created a bigger problem. It helps no one by posting inaccurate negative reviews as you have done.
