We been using Backbone managed fibre broadband services for almost 3 years and I personally like their customer service, they always pick the phone to get the things right at first hand and provide the immediate solution. When we had some minor issues, they were resolved in a timely manner. Their team came few time to visit our office in person to make sure the things are working properly, rather being stuck on lengthy phone call and multiple emails. I personally enjoy their customer service.

IT services have been managed professionally to our expectations. Network had been stable and reliable since Backbone took over our IT services

We have been working with Backbone connect for over 7 years now. Our cloud platform is hosted in their Data Center, we also recommend our clients to them for Business Broadband and Manged Buildings, customer service has always been spot on. When we have had issues, they were resolved in a timely manner. This is a UK Based company with offices in Central London and you can go and visit them in person rather than be stuck on a phone line to an offshore call center.

As soon as we cancelled our contract, stopped service with no refund.

After a 3 year contract of overpaying on services that we found out weren't even fully provided, Backbone Connect ceased to provide us service and also refused to refund us for the service that we had already prepaid for, after 6 months of trying to get a reasonable response, I am still waiting.
