Excellent as always. Received help choosing just the right the right carpet to bring the room together which looks fabulous. The fitters did an excellent job and were very pleasant and helpful. I’ve used Simply Beautiful Floors throughout the house and would highly recommend.

From 1st contact with Becky to the finished product, these guys are the real deal and the best around.
Pete turned up to measure and had already found the floor plans of my house so he knew exactly what he was dealing with.
I had issues with the subfloor when taking up the old floor, Gary came round the same day as told me exactly how to solve the problem so there would be no delay when the floor was being fitted.
All the fitters were excellent but special mention to Jordan who went the extra mile with Charlie. Very knowledgeable and a credit to the company.

I would recommend them as they do what they say and nothing is to much trouble, I had to cancel the day I was supposed to be having it done and they arranged it for something more suitable.... absolutely brilliant 👏

From initial enquiries to installation, this company provided a first class service .
Kept to the time schedule and were able to answer any questions or concerns we had. Only downside was that all the fitters were reds!

This is the third time that we have used Simply Beautiful Floors and can highly recommend them! From measuring up to fitting, the staff are all really friendly and very professional! We have been really pleased with all three of our jobs and will definitely use them again!

It's the first time we have used Simply Beautiful Floors and are very impressed with them. Becky and Gary gave very good advice on Amtico flooring without any pressured sales techniques, which led us to choosing a carpet from there too. Jordan and colleagues fitting the Amtico flooring and carpet provided a conscientious service with good communication and a pleasant manner.

A very helpful young lady helped me to choose a carpet. Peter came and measured up within the hour and quoted me a price on the spot. By teatime we had confirmed my order and had a date for fitting. Excellent service.

I had a lovely experience with Simply Beautiful floors. Meeting Gary and the effort he put into ensuring we had the right colour (the hardest bit) lots of samples later, we was happy with the price, so all steam ahead. We forgot to ask for what time they were coming, but notified and arrived. Happy to help with questions, tricky when most of the downstairs is being done and you live there. However it was quick and easy, tidied up, all shown with how to look after the floor ✅

A big thanks to the fitters Jordon, Alan and Cameron, the Antico flooring looks amazing. Great customer service, great price and great communication. Would not go anywhere else.
