I paid and I cannot get my COI
I paid and I cannot get my COI. The online portal acknowledges my policy but the "Create COI button" is greyed out and requires me to call a number.
I think the number is FAKE because 3 days in a row I can and hear music for over 3 HOURS and no one picked up. I am beginning to think this outfit is a scam. Or REALLY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I waited on the phone 2 plus hours which is unacceptable wanting to add workers comp to our liability as we were unable to do so online apparently. never resolved. Not able to rech a person at all to resolve this.

Do not be a broker
Do not be a broker. You aren't set up for it. You're understaffed, you're site is insufficient.
I was transferred 3 times over WAY to long for no one to be able to help.
I canceled the day after i got my policy.

Once I spoke to an actual person everything was great! But trying to get through by phone was impossible. VIN and Tiara couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful! It would be 5 stars if I had reached an agent on your posted phone lines.

Been on hold for a combined 4 hours
Been on hold for a combined 4 hours. Hung up by automated system 4x. Submitted help through website was instantly replied to call and they closed my request for help. Company has Lost me work due to them not submitting proper paperwork. Can't even cancel policy says retry later. Why am I paying for Insurance that doesn't do its job. Been paying policy 3 years on time and now I need them to se d information to Client they can't be bothered to even respond!
