The pricing is Great!! What concerned me, was that I didn’t see a receipt for my purchase and I had to find your number online in order to receive my
E & O certificate . That should be readily available after verifying purchase of a product. That needs to be changed, otherwise I love the product and will tell other agents about you.
Is it possible that I can become an affiliate marketer for your company? I could get a % for all the agents that buy from you through my affiliate code.

I did some research and saw a lot of talk online about them. They really did offer a low rate for my commercial liability policy with higher limits than others.

What is the process to add a specific client if a client needs their name listed on the COI. That process is shown after you purchase a policy but it needs to be explained and/or shown when you buy.
The purchase process is very easy and convenient.
-Need to tell people that the COI comes 2 or 3 days later so that expectation is expected.
-Somewhere in the order process you need to let the buyer know that they can if needed add the clients name to the COI.

Once I was able to get through...
I was instructed from the webpage on my account that I needed to contact an agent to have the address on my policy changed. As instructed, I called the number. My call was finally answered after attempting to call for two prior days sitting in the queue. On the third day, I finally got through and the agent was very efficient and professional and I was able to get my need of changing my business address completed quickly with my updated policy in my email instantly.

On the fence?
I had been on the fence obtaining insurance for my small business as I didn’t know where to start.
