Poor quality - the boot liner is super thin and is not a great fit for my Range Rover (spoke to Simply Car Mats, but they just asserted that it fits). The sides are secured with sticking tape (!) which has already started to fail. Certainly not worth the money

Easy to navigate the website, select car and model I wanted. Email communication fast and straightforward. Order confirmed and shipped in a couple of days and simply installed in my car!

Quality was good, but they just didn't fit properly.

The product is very good quality and very well made. We had some issues with the side pockets on the liner not lining up but after returning the liner and some discussion on email the problem was solved and we now have an excellent liner that fits as expected. The process did take a little while as there didn't appear to be a UK phone number to speak to people. However the company responded well to my emails so it wasn't a problem but might put some off.

Ordered a boot mat for my new transit custom but the fitment was terrible! contacted Simply Carmats to which their response was my van was missing trims although you could clearly see that it was cut wrong. Upto a few inch`s out at some places.

What I received was not what was advertised they took it back and made some changes still wouldn’t fit as per their pictures wouldn’t take it back without pictures then their email would not accept my pictures
This is cheap cr*p avoid

Really good service - checked out the boot using photos and the liner arrived really quickly thereafter any it is well made and fits like a glove.

When we emailed they replied quickly , they answered all our questions. They delivered when they said they would . The product looks good and feels good , can't tell what it wears like still waiting for car to be delivered.
