When I tried to register I got a message "Register error:
Domain is in the DNSBL list." The DNBSL list is a register of domains noted for Spam. I would not recommend signing up for an account on this website. Its a shame - the calculator tool on the homepage looks quite useful.

I have purchased basic pack just for one time and I wanted to cancel my subscription after my credit has finished. First of all online cancellation is not even possible and an email has to be sent for cancellation. "you can downgrade anytime before your next billing period" they say on their web site but it is completely incorrect.
My subscription has not been canceled since 3 months even though I have sent 3 emails asking for cancellation and they have just ignored my cancellation requests, and they have kept charging from my credit card.
I had to cancel my card to get rid of them. Don't trust & use their service or use a sanal card, otherwise you can not get rid of them and they keep sucking your money.
