Arrived on time and exactly what I ordered.

Loved the fabric ordered online and was delivered the next day will be using again.

I have used other companies to order sewing accessories but recently discovered this site and found it the best for value, quality and great personal service. One of the items I ordered had just gone out of stock and I was immediately contacted and able to change to another similar item. The order was then sent very promptly - I received it next day despite having opted for the cheaper postal service!

Had a query before I ordered through Simply Haberdashery and the response was from Nicola and was the next day, thorough and helpful. When I purchased something it came sooner than I expected through standard delivery. It even had a handwritten "thank you" on the invoice which is a nice touch, would definitely buy from them again if I need anything else.

Amazing customer service. Text message to let me know colour I had chosen may not be what I was expecting. Offered an alternative if required which I excepted. I was over the moon with the colour received. Most companies would have sent out the original regardless. Also very quick delivery. Will definitely be back for more!
