Such a good range of hammocks online - I've got one on it's way ready for the good weather!

I’ve never had such good service for a circa £70 odd purchase.

Great service, swift efficient and exactly as described.

Superb product, excellent service. I'm lying in my hammock, writing this review by moonlight. I bought the Barbados Rainbow Hammock and a pair of Easy Plus wall fixings (which I have mounted in a pair of dedicated wooden posts). The means I can easily rig and de-rig the hammock. The hammock hanging calculator on the website is a brilliant tool.

So easy to order, the product was as advertised and it was super quick delivery. All in all a great service.

I bought a hammock but then had my money refunded with no explanation. Presumably it was out of stock, but they should know that before advertising it. So I bought a different one and it was all ok.

Simply Hammocks have a fantastic range of hammocks, so much so it was hard to pick one. We finally decided on the Summer Hammock Set. It arrived very speedily and was immediately put together (very easily) and is now a permanent feature in our garden.
Amazing quality and only wished we had bought one years ago.

The hammock is nice, too short for our hammock stand though which is pretty large. With the extender ropes it still looks silly, we just need a bigger hammock. I called Simply Hammocks and straight away they assisted me with the returns process and were very friendly and helpful!

Their explanations/guides are very helpful in choosing a hammock. Although you can get cheaper hammocks elsewhere e.g. Amazon, it's a bit of a gamble as you don't know the real quality (most of the reviews appear fictitious). So best to stick with someone reliable whose prices are broadly reasonable. However wanting my cake and to eat it I would like their prices to be a bit lower, hence dropped a star but wouldn't stop me using them again.

Just one of the best hammocks I have ever bought, simple-as. I have only ever bought one other which was fine but it got a bit wet so I replaced it with this one and 'wullah', it fits a dream, looks great, and came with a carry-bag for when I need to transport it from A to B etc. It's just a shame I can't give the weather 5 stars!!!!!!
Don't delay, buy now before everyone else does!!!

Really really poor customer service.
I consider myself to be fairly adept at shopping online - I do a lot of it!! This website is a nightmare!
I found the hammock I wanted but I couldn't find the stand. I went to their recommended stands but they were all too large for what I wanted.
I emailed them to ask the questions. All I was sent was a link of three hammocks none of which were suitable.
I searched again. Still no luck so emailed again.
This time I received an email addressed to Jessie - not able to even get my name right!! More links, no sorry for the confusion, no sorry for my trouble just 'hope this helps JESSIE!!!
In between these emails I received a 'REVIEW' option so I repeated what I have said here! Nothing! No response whatsoever! Even received one from the CEO who 'promised to read it' - didnt promise to reply I notice!!
Its a shame - I think their products are good BUT there are other options!!!
