Amazing from start to finish!
Every single person we spoke to throughout the whole process couldn’t do enough for us, even after we received our mortgage offer they have still been there to support or answer any of our questions.
The communication has been fab and we haven’t waited more than a few hours for any email to ever be answered.

The names that have truly changed my life through Simply Lending are Shelagh and Abbey. In every sense of the word, they were professional, customer-focused, and incredibly supportive. They knew exactly what they were doing, kept me fully updated throughout the process, and made the entire journey smooth, exciting, and stress-free.

Funny enough, I don’t even remember exactly how I ended up with Simply Lending. It all began when I clicked on a mortgage broker advert on YouTube — while watching a breakup video to help me heal! Somehow, that random moment led to one of the most positive changes in my life.

After registering my details, I received a call the next morning to begin the process. Just a few hours later, they called again to tell me I had a mortgage in principle and should start looking for a house. I said, “Whaaaat???”
This is a true story — and I’m typing this while sitting in my brand new house. Simply Lending made it happen.

What a superb team, Aaron and Lauren have been fantastic! We never thought we’d get a mortgage due to only have 1 years tax return, a couple of defaults and not the best credit history, but this team went above and beyond, nothing was to much trouble, we just can’t thank them enough!

Simply by name, simply by nature. This is the second time I've used simply and the reason why is they make it so easy. A special shout out to Charlotte Jones who dealt with us both times. Nothing was too much to ask, she always got back to us, very knowledgeable in her field very polite and understanding.
