Accepted order for out of stock item
Placed an order on 8th July for an item that said was ‘In Stock’ order accepted. Next day got an email from Royal Mail advising they were expecting my package, then received an email advising me to contact them and if I didn’t within 4 days my order would be cancelled and refunded as I was working I then attempted to call them on Sat 11th at 1130am as they were open until midday, answer machine said they were closed, dialled again - same. Heard no more from the company until 17th July asking me to review the service I received, to which I then realised I’d never received my order! Called company and was told the item had been out of stock and I’d been refunded. Completely wasted my time never used before and won’t in the future. No apology…!!!
