Excellent Service – Truly Life-Changing Support
I honestly cannot thank Evlo and Simply Money enough for the incredible service I received. I was in a position where I genuinely believed I would not be able to secure a loan, but Evlo made what felt impossible possible.
A very special thank you goes to Jade Hudson at Evlo, who was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. Jade was supportive, patient, professional, and always took the time to explain everything clearly. Her reassurance and encouragement made a huge difference during what was a very stressful time for me.
Thanks to Evlo working with Simply Money, my loan was successfully completed, and the whole experience was smooth and well handled. The communication was excellent, and I felt supported every step of the way.

I found the people who I spoke with to be very kind and sensible in our discussions had. Everything was explained to me properly and I was given every opportunity to think very carefully about what I was proposing to do as regards to taking a loan and I was given a very detailed breakdown of my monthly costs and shown whether I could afford the loan in the first place. I was very impressed with how I was treated and it seemed to me that the people i was dealing with wanted to take their time to explain everything to me and to give me every opportunity to walk away from my loan application, should I not feel comfortable with it.
Once the loan was agreed, which only took 24 hours, and once I was happy to take up the loan, the funds were transferred into my bank account within hours. I was very impressed by this and it was totally unexpected.
Like I said, no pressure, clear explanations and kind attention given by all. Seems like a very good work ethic. My experience was very good and positive.
