Shocking company to deal with. Item was late on arrival item was for my fathers birthday cake. They dont care about the inconvenience caused only want there money. Avoid these guys or be dissatisfied
Terrible experience! Ordered a gift for Christmas, it never arrived, asked them about it, they said they’d never sent it but they’d send a replacement, then they told me they were out of stock and I could have a different item. But the item they were suggesting as a replacement was more expensive and they wanted me to pay the difference! Absolutely dreadful customer service too! Takes almost a whole day for a single reply and now my item (originally ordered in November) most likely won’t arrive until January. Take your business elsewhere and don’t bother with them :(
