What you experienced does not reflect the standard we hold ourselves to. Every batch goes through quality checks before it reaches customers, and finding several empty capsules like this is not something we take lightly.

We also want to be upfront with you. During manufacturing, thousands of capsules are filled in a single run, and while it is rare, an occasional capsule can slip through with less fill than it should have. This does not make it acceptable, and it is exactly why we are looking closely at this batch to understand what happened.
