I am absolutely amazed at how wonderful this company and its people are to deal with. I ordered some of their great products, but after talking with my specialist there was a concern with me taking them due to a prior serious medical issue. I was disappointed to say the least, but upon reaching out to the company they were very helpful. They were actually amazing! They responded very quickly and I was able to obtain a refund. They really do care about their customers! I hope further down the road I might be able to try some of the products!

Outstanding Customer Care
I have nothing but praise for the outstanding Customer Service. When I have questions or problems they have replied immediately and are so helpful. When I had a bit of a crisis they responded with kindness, thoughtfulness and helpfulness. They are REAL people on the end of the phone or email with REAL care and assistance. They are amazing in a world of usually automated replies and no service businesses.

This product is a game changer.
Feeling the effects of Peri Menopause in my early 40's, the drastic changes to my energy levels came hard and fast.
Being a relatively active / fit person, I felt defeated by my 'new normal'.
Although discerned about health products that state big claims, I started taking Simply Nootropics NMN (drawn to the advertising & made in NZ!).
Super hopeful this product could help me combat the fatigue I don't normally have, and low energy that now impacted my days.

I've been taking my NMN Powder now for 5 days and can honestly say I already feel better than I ever have in a long time. Im 50 now and going through menopause for the last year. NMN is working for me
At the age of 74, NMN is the first supplement I am using and will continue to use. It has noticeably improved my energy. After doing some work on the property, I often struggled to get going again after a break, but this has disappeared. I also sleep more soundly. I do not doubt that this product will benefit my overall health and longevity.

I love this product. Have been using it for about 6 months. I drink the tropical flavour. It's delicious! I am in the perimenopause stage in life. I feel less groggy using this product. I take the drink with me into the spa at night. I have an awesome sleep and a great clear out in the morning 😆

Great customer service!
I had an urgent request over the weekend and sent an email to customer services. Within minutes I received a reply advising me that someone would be in contact with me shortly and that is exactly what happened!
My request was processed and sorted within less than half an hour.
