Disgraceful

Dreadful company ! Am trying product which I ordered 27th Feb received on March 20th … on 27th March they took £77 out of my account … I raised a dispute with my bank immediately and have over 30 back and forth emails in which Lois apologised and told me everything was cancelled and I had no subscription . 2 days later I’m told my order is being prepared !!! After me sending numerous NO emails Lois emailed today and said when the product arrives I must send them a photo proving its intact and they will send a return address to return it to with a tracking number .then they will decide if they refund or not . Absolute scandalous and disgusting business behaviour. After this list treatment even if I thought the product was incredible I would never buy again it recommend to anyone. So far I have found 3 different address for the company to return products to ! Disgraceful !

Frauds & Horrible customer service

Update 1/7/26 - Just received an email that "your subscription order is shipping soon". SO IT CONTINUES. My "account" page clearly shows NO subscriptions.

Horrible customer service. Product is good. But just hope you don't need assistance with anything. I ordered one bottle with a discount code. The next day I was charged full price for a second bottle, separate order that I did not place. I did not notice until I received two separate packages with this product in the mail. I submitted a return request online and got no response for 7 days - after 3 separate attempts asking for a response/update on my request. They ignored the part where I was charged a second order I did not place, and simply gave me a return address. I asked if I would be provided a label or if I have to cover return shipping. They said I would have to cover shipping, again ignoring the fact that I was erroneously charged $45. I again reminded them that this was not a purchase I made. They simply said "you can refuse the package and put return to sender". I told them this would result in me not getting any means of tracking the package or a refund. I told them this was a strange practice. They have ceased responding to my emails. At this point my only option is to contact my credit card company, thankfully I have all of this in emails to present them.

Absolutely No Customer Service

I had ordered the wrong Vit D and immediately reached out to to them to correct my mistake. Three times I tried to get in touch and then I receive an emailed “shipped” status. Apparently there is no one in customer service. Do not order from a company that is not willing or able to assist you.

A little old fashioned courtesy could go a long way

And don't expect too much of it at Simply Nutrients.
I had purchased a 7 month supply of Pro Bono by Molecular Products (a bone building supplement) for $741 on 1/26/23. To my chagrin, my doctor told me on 4/12/23 that she highly disapproves of Pro Bono for any of her patients.
Hence, and shortly thereafter I called Simply Nutrients for a possible refund of 4 full boxes (expiration date of 05/24 on all 4).
Jessica at the front desk reminded me that they have a 30 day return policy + a no return policy when more than 5 of the same item are ordered. However, she was kind enough to say that she would check further and get back to me.

Indeed she did get back and the answer was "no"!
