Delighted with the rattan garden furniture i bought from this company. The quality is excellent despite it being cheap in comparison to the rest of the market!

After seeing mainly positive reviews, myself and girlfriend decided that we’d throw caution to the wind and order a traditional looking range of garden furniture for the summer. Delivery was ok in terms of speed and we’ve both been very surprised at the quality. For the price I can’t speak highly enough. I’ve recommended to my parents as they are also looking. Very good quality for the price and looking forward to getting out on the bbq across the jubilee weekend!!! Just hope there’s some sun.

If i could give it no stars I would.
Firstly I will say the furnisher I ordered and got is great and was on time. The problem is that I was supposed to get a cover for it too, that is what made me used them.. Since may I have been trying to contact them almost every day still and now its Dec. I have had 2 emails from them both saying we will contact you soon. other than that they have not even bothered to reply to my emails. I would suggest that if you are looking to get stuff from them first look else where as if there is an issue you will never hear from them again. the are just a big con merchant.

We purchased the Amy corner dining set. The first thing to say is the furniture is exceptional, well made and very comfortable. We have an issue with the table but have been reassured that this will be resolved. We did have a number of issues with promises of delivery not happening. They said that there were problems with the courier. We also had problems getting in touch with them but when we did we were always treated Well. My advice is that if you are waiting for a delivery persevere it is worth it as the furniture is great
UPDATE: still waiting for minor issue to be resolved plus we are still waiting for our cover for the furniture. This company is very bad at communicating with customers.
FURTHER UPDATE: still no cover and no communication. A SHOCKING company that treats its customers very badly.
ANOTHER UPDATE: still no cover and no communication . I will never deal with this company again. If you are considering it then please be aware of my experience. THIS COMPANY TREATS ITS CUSTOMERS BADLY.

Having initially ordered another set which later was cancelled due to (covid related) stock issues, we then ordered the Kimmie set. We're however really happy with the product, great quality and looks really good and probably the better choice for what we needed. Overall Simply Rattan offered a great service and were very apologetic after the initial stock issues which understandably was down to the current situation. Would use again and would have no issues in recommend them or their products.

Very pleased with our new rattan garden furniture set purchased from simplyrattan. Top-notch quality and build. The furniture is very stable and robust. We paid a bit more than planned but now I'm really glad we did as the quality speaks for itself. Also, the delivery was relatively quick, the guys were brilliant (especially given the current set of circumstances). Would highly recommend this company. Great service.
