The most disgusting excuse for a business and letting agent I have ever had to deal with. They provide minimal support or help or none at all. They Issue inspections continuously. What for? As said earlier they have to be constantly chased up for any maintenance issue. If you do eventually get some effort the job is usually not finished properly or badly dealt with. They then claim you are angry because they have done nothing and you are obviously annoyed.

They happily put your health and safety and security in threat. They lie constantly and are dismissive and dishonest and sneaky. They break every letting law that exists. They have been in front of the RTB on a number of occasions now. They retain deposits and invent charges and complaints about tenants.
Numerous complaints about their behaviour to all authorities are needed.

The office staff Jennifer Quinn and Karen O'Brien are obnoxious to deal with. They may act friendly on occasions but it's all in their own interest. They do nothing or are hostile when required.
Tony Hartigan is an example of everything that is wrong with letting and sales in this country. Completely dishonest and self serving. With a smile on his face. Smug and completely arrogant attitude from this sad excuse for a business. Avoid completely.

Disgraceful attitude towards potential renters. Diabolical customer service! Avoid this company like the plague!! I’m not surprised there overall rating is 1 star!

Rented with these horrible folks for around 3 years. Treatment was unlike anything I have ever experienced.

-Racist agent that told my foreign wife the property was already gone, but when I called with my Irish accent I had a viewing straight away. Not sure why we went ahead honestly.
- Water was shut off without notice in order to fix a neighboring apartment also managed by simplyrent, did not come back for 2 weeks! Was told we will not get any discount to rent or even a bottle of water!
- Due to renovations in the apartment complex the elevator was out of service for 6 months. Makes being disabled a nightmare, and no apology.
- Inspections almost monthly, fire inspections at the same rate, there was someone in my home every second week. Door opened and no notice given each time, lies from the agency that notice was given. PROVE IT.
-Threatening calls after we left telling us we will not get our deposit back unless we find another tenant?? Makes no sense, left well out of contract with plenty of notice
- Paying rent in CASH only?? To the rudest person alive that seemed angry to have a job

Just avoid, what a sham company.
