I've been using SimplyRota for a few months now and it's seriously impressive. The online dashboard is super easy to use and has intuitive features that make managing my staff rotas a breeze. The team put a lot of thought into designing an interface that's simple to navigate, so creating shifts, reviewing employee requests or publishing rota updates is just a few clicks away.
The employee mobile app's flexibility is also a big plus - my staff can now swap shifts with each other without me being flooded with requests for changes. With notifications and reminders, my employees never miss a shift or important update.
