I ordered a grey throw , when it arrived it was the wrong colour.
I emailed the company & explained to he mix up , they were very apologetic & told me how to return the item & that they would send me a replacement immediately.

Absolutely love my sheepskin. I bought the champagne colour and it’s perfect for my leather sofa. It’s really good quality, nice and thick.
Very competitively priced and delivery was super quick.
The only tiny downside is the length is slightly shorter than stated. I was hoping for at least 110cm and it’s 105cm but it’s nothing major and I’m going to buy another in a different colour.

I am so happy with my purchase. I bought the sheepskin stool with metal legs. Amazing quality - exactly what I was looking for. I think I might buy some more. The service was 100% as was delivery. Thank you for excellent products.

Extremely smelly did not like the colour but that was my own fault asked to return but no response to emails.

Love the sheepskin rug for my daughters wheelchair...made a huge difference comfort wise. Delivery was prompt. Since then I have ordered a sheepskin for her bed...which also came promptly and I am very happy with it.

The blanket I ordered came quickly, it’s very cosy and soft, I love it! I was eyeing another, cashmere blanket from another shop, but the price was too high, therefore bought this lovely sheep wool blanket instead. It will keep me warm when the weather gets colder.

Anything on line can have that 'broad description' policy that can be a little vague.
However, the item turned up, ended any concerns instantly.
Its a good quality item, at a fair price. The supplier description was totally accurate, the communication was excellent, and delivery was rapid!

Arrived quickly and well packaged. It is as described and is a nice quality normal thickness blanket. Not long enough to tuck in but a really nice over blanket, controls body temperature well for better sleep. I would buy from them again.

Bought merino wool blanket as a natural product which is value for money
Large size covers super king size bed
On the downside omits a smell
I am hoping the eucalyptus rinse will solve this problem
