We’ve had several property viewings with Rebecca, and she has been a wonderful agent to work with. She is very helpful, calm, communicates clearly and really takes the time to listen.

I Will begin with TikTok, I’d seen a lovely 2 bed apartment advertised by Simply Spanish homes on a Sunday evening , yes on TikTok, it appealed to what we had been looking for, and I was very interested, so I made contact with Rebecca and arranged a Video viewing the next morning with her husband Matt,
The video viewing showed the apartment at a different level and I was hooked to the point I made a offer straight away, which was gladly agreed to,
Then this is where the knowledge and professionalism by Matt and Rebecca comes in, they completely took control of the situation and organised a deposit holder, and a remarkable well spoken Solicitors’s, yes I will admit I was a little nervous of the situation with only seen the property and speaking to Matt/Rebecca by WhatsApp, of which I’d of no need to of done, they reassured me and yes everything is going fine,
We have just been over to view and go sign and start the purchase process at the solicitors , and once again they helped and made it totally stress free,
They came and picked us up and dropped us back off to the airport, organised us a lovely apartment to stay in and also organised a car to get abouts in,
I can verify that they are a well organised company to the highest level, who have helped to make our purchase totally a pleasant experience,
Ps don’t be afraid to make contact from social media, as they will answer any questions with honesty and true professionalism

I contacted Simply Spanish by email very late in the evening to request some viewings last minute on a trip in Murcia. They replied first thing in the morning and moved things around to accommodate us and made sure we got to see the apartments we requested. Daniel was very helpful and knowledgeable of the golf resort we were looking at.
In this area there seems to be loads of amateur companys that waste your time, let you down and mess you around, this is definitely NOT one of them, very prompt and extremely professional.
Would definitely recommend them.

A big shout out to Matt and Rebecca of Simply Spanish Homes who sold our villa on La Torre Golf Resort. We agreed to a long stop completion date to help our buyer with time to sell there property in the UK. As we reached the sale date the buyer then pulled out which gave us some financial challenges. We sold our 2 bed 2 bath villa in La Torre via Simply Spanish Homes in June 2025. They managed all the visits to the villa and prepared for them in advance, particularly by arranging all our outdoor furniture so the viewers could get a real feel for the space and utilisation of the property. Matt was Becky were really easy to work with and the whole process was smooth - our villa was sold in 4 weeks. I've no hesitation in recommending them to buy or sell your property.
