This is also something we are working to improve. Currently, changing the platform's background color isn't available. As an alternative, you can adjust your device's display settings, like changing the contrast rather than just brightness. The “monthly” amount shown on our site is a price comparison to help illustrate the annual cost when broken down per month, but billing is always annual. We understand how this could have been unclear, and we’re sorry for the confusion.

Cancellation is intended to be straightforward and accessible, either directly from the Plans page or by navigating to Subscription & Billing → Cancel My Subscription in your account. Currently Spanish language can be activated by going to a company report first, then you will see a language dropdown option on the upper right corner of the platform (using Desktop version), beside your Profile setting button.
