Hi Olivier,

We previously opened API access as a beta. We just want to clarify that the beta version was not exclusive to paid users but to all, including free users. Additionally, we mean about priority support as quick response and turnaround time, it does not necessarily guarantee that all feature request are provided. We can't ensure that all suggestions or requests will get implemented but they are definitely recorded, and whenever there are enough user requests pointing in the same direction the product design team looks into developing a new feature or redesign an existing area. It might take some time from the initial research, concepts, and tests until it's launched and available on the platform for all users.

We understand how useful it would be to import data directly from brokers like Saxo. While this integration isn’t currently supported, it’s something we’re aware that users are interested in. Please note that we will be adding more brokers available to link in the future.

In the meantime, you may manage your portfolios by adding holdings manually or via supported import methods. Thank you for your feedback.

Our platform does offer portfolio linking, which allows users to automatically sync their portfolio from supported brokers.

For brokers that are not currently supported, users also have the option to import their transaction history through the manual portfolio feature. With a manual portfolio, you can upload your full transaction history by downloading it from your broker as a CSV, Excel, or PDF file and importing it directly into the platform. This means transactions do not need to be entered one by one.

Linked Brokerage portfolios update at least once daily (end of day), and it can take a few hours to sync, so it won’t match real time.
