High quality food, loved by all my dogs (GSD, Giant Schanuzer, spaniels) of varying ages. Quick dispatch and well packaged.

Huge fall in quality. Contacted Simpsons who said nobody else has reported this yet they say exactly the same here to somebody else. I've bought Simpsons for years and have always thought the quality excellent but that's changed and I wont be buying again.

Thanks for your response. However, I still feel the quality is not what it was. There is too much 'water with thickening agent', large lumps of gristle and 'tubes'. I have never encountered this with Simpsons before, and I've fed alot of this product. I remove these and large amounts of the thickened water before serving which reduces the amount of good stuff in a tin. My boys love Simpsons food but, as a pensioner, I am unhappy that the amount of 'good stuff' is reduced in a tin as this makes it more expensive for me. I appreciate your loyalty scheme and the discounts you offer and your speedy response to my email but sorry Simpsons it doesn't alter the fact that our last delivery was a disapointment.

Service is good food arrives in a timely manner. Just one critisume it would be nice to receive emails again saying your order has been dispatched. I have been a customer for many years and now we’ve got a different courier we don’t know when it’s being delivered.

Have used Simpsons premium for a number of years, dogs do well on it. Delivery is prompt.

The wet food for our senior dogs has kept their digestion excellent. Before they had this food they did have digestive problems. We also thought the kibbles were perfect, but they became too expensive for us.

Simpson’s cat & dog food is an excellent product been using Salmon and Potato on my gundogs for years & the delivery/packing matched it!

Quick delivery, well packaged, easy ordering and good loyalty scheme but most of all my dog loves the simpsons sensitive range.
