Very Unhappy with the purchase

Very Unhappy with the purchase. I was promised a delivery between 3-5 days, and the price was 20-25% less, which is why I bought the product. The product has not arrived on time as prescribed, and the fact that vat has been added, which is mentioned in small print, is not an ethical practice. I could have bought the same product for a cheaper rate and a much faster delivery. Never buying from SimHub again.

After checking our records, we’re unable to find any order under your name. For clarity and transparency: SimRacingHub.nl operates primarily as a content and affiliate platform. When a product is sold by an external supplier, this is clearly stated on the product page and in our disclaimer. In those cases, the purchase, payment, VAT, shipping and delivery are handled entirely by the supplier. SimRacingHub.nl is not the seller.
The only products we sell directly are our own sim racing gloves, and no related order can be found.
