While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Selling nothing but disappointment

I purchased an item on Amazon.com that was fulfilled by SIM Supply (221-2401 | WAGO Lever-Nuts® Inline Splicing Connector | for Solid and Stranded Conductors | 2-Conductor with Operating levers | 24-12 AWG | Transparent housing | White Cover | [Box of 60 Pieces]) and they sent a huge box containing a tiny zip lock bag with 1 Wago lever nut in it rather than a box of 60.

On various sites they sell through, SIM Supply has multiple reviews--some going back as far as 9 years--where they have "accidentally" screwed up a listing in exactly the same way. Buyer beware!

Credit Card Account theft?! HIGHLY SUSPICIOUS!

The website asked for a confirmation number from my email to setup a new account. No problem... except the only validation number I received in my email was from my credit card. Unless someone else was trying to scam/access my credit card account at exactly the same moment this evening, they would appear to be trying to gain access to my account. More shocking is how the hell would they have my email/credit card info (it's not stored on my computer)! This one has me creeped out.
