They never send you the code, they take your money and pretend you’re gonna get a code? Then ask you for more money and if you refuse they tell you the initial money is forfeit. Stupid scam. Avoid like the plague. Time to file a chargeback.

In your case, it seems like you only paid for the Eligibility Check, but a final payment is required to deliver the Unlock Code.

A fake unlock code was never sent. Service was not rendered. A full refund compensation has been approved, but not to your charge cards. They call it a reserve account, they established for you, without my approval. Meaning they pocket your money. A dispute with my banks is initiated. As of December 9, 2023, My report about this outfit has been filed and accepted by the Hong Kong Police Department, (Internet Crime Division) Thank you, my bank cards refunded the money. And you guys are fake as a 3$ Hong Kong Bill. Case closed. I got my 💰 back according to my policy. All positive placements are stolen from doctorsim, do not trust them. You all have been warned!

While the overall was pricey, I did get a technician that I needed to do a live chat to get it to finally unlock. They patiently took me through the process and go it working.

I ordered to unlock my iPhone 14 Pro Max on the 10th of November 2023. 16 days passed already and progress is 99%. The company has not replied to my email and I have no idea what to do now. I will ask my bank for a refund and warn all the people here to be really cautious with this website. I have no idea how they got so much positive feedback from such poor customer service. I feel cheated so far...
