Highly recommend Stefan and his team as professional and trustworthy. We had an issue with the downstairs sockets causing the circuit breaker to Permanently trip and they’ve managed to fix it in a timely manner with minimal invasive breakdown of the walls. They’ve helped us when we needed the most, so big thank you!

Stefan did our bungalow in Ig6. We did a side extension, rear extension and loft extension.
We was very happy with the work, all was done well right to the end. Stefan thought process is always a few weeks in advance so you know that he’s already planned ahead and whenever questioned knows regulations which is always good to know. All the work was done and all certificates provided.
We have already recommended Stefan to another loft conversion etc so yes we would recommend him. From start to finish was very professional and did more than agreed which was peace of mind.
Overall very happy, no issues
He’s currently doing another project for us and I will review once again based on that job.

Simvik and his team are excellent. We got them to complete a major project for us putting in a kitchen extension and garden landscaping. Stefan helped us work through our design, supported us in the purchase of the kitchen units and then managed the build responding to our changing requirements - at all times helpful with good ideas that we incorporated into the final vision. We are really happy with the results, and have been really impressed with the attention to us as clients both during the project and afterwards. The team care about doing a good job and it shows in the quality of work and the repeat work we give them.We will recommend SimVik to anyone.

Simvik undertook an extension project on my house in Crouch-end London 2017. Stefan and his team did a very reasonable job. After completion there were a few issues that needed addressing but Stefan worked with me to resolve them. I understand that now, two years later, Stefan's team are doing nice work in the north London area.
