Ordered from simway sweets twice now - both times my order has been dispatched in no time at all and my orders have been exactly as requested at a very fair price. My go to from now on!

Bought a 2nd bag for family and, though generally well received, the "sour" ones were not liked at all and were placed to one side for me to eat!!

Will order again but will look for more of soft sweets, mallows, jellies, etc so the family can thoroughly enjoy the experience!!

Loved my sweets! I ordered the Halloween mix 1kg bag as it was on offer to take on my plane journey for holidays! The online content caught my eye and delivery was super fast very happy

Amazing prices .. I ordered online and received an email when my products was ready to pick up but I didn't see that (my fault) so they emailed again to make sure I knew my products was ready.. the staff are amazing and happily talk to you ... The prices are that good that I went in for a order and came out with more stuff worth more than I ordered online 😂 will be back once we have got through all these sweets

I purchased some sweets which got lost by Royal Mail, after contacting the company I was glad to hear they’d resend them. However the sweets that had been resent were not packaged in the right packaging for the type of parcel it was and therefore could not be delivered. I had to collect the delivery from Royal Mail where I had to pay an additional fee of £3.50 for the packaging mistake by the company. After contacting the company with this information I was given a full refund which I am thankful for.

The Thank you boxes were amazing, my order was ready for collection within a couple of hours and the Staff are very friendly!
All of the teaching staff were over the moon with their gifts too.
