Excellent Service and Communication
Muhammad the driver was very polite and professional.
SinaiTaxi is also easy to contact on whatsapp, Nour was very helpful adjusting and explaining every detail. I wish the response time would be shorter.

I felt safe
User friendly booking.
Car there on time, good car, clean, no smell of tobacco which is rare in Egypt.

Offered alternative, great ride
Although I could not get in touch with the driver due to lack of roaming and internet connection when I arrived to the Hurghada Airport and I took another taxi, I was offered to use the booking for another ride which I did in Cairo. The driver, Mohamed, came on time and was very helpful. The car was brand new. Satisfied.

Driver was in time, but had no idea, were my Hotel was. Asked other drivers to find it. Drove very comfortable.
Better use your maps application before the trip and save it.

When I booked that ride never again.
When I booked that ride, the company did not read the actual address and is just assumed the place we were going to do.And it turned out, they made us pay from two hundred reals 26 hundred realts, and they kept stopping us in the highway.Just two bargain with us.And I had my family with me

Very good company
Very good company. Very fair pricing and good drivers. When i landed in Jeddah my exit out of the airport was quite lenghthy however my driver did wait for me etc. The only issue i have is the drivers need to fulfill the customers wishes more. During my ride i did ask my driver to stop off at a shop however he said were not far away from your hotel. I found that quite rude.

It was a great experience
It was a great experience. The relief of having someone waiting for you at the airport—without the hassle of negotiating a taxi—made everything much easier. The car was new and impeccable. The driver was polite and helpful, and his English was excellent. We also used the service for the return trip to the airport, and he was right on time. I highly recommend it for the overall quality of the service.
