Sincere Sally was established in 2018 by young aspired fashion and jewellery designers, a brother & sister duo. The brand started as a fashion-forward online store that sold products to make other females feel inspired, empowered, and confident. They soon became one of Australia's fastest growing online brands in 2019. From there, the brand was declared one of the leading online women's fashion labels. We’ve spent these past few years travelling the world to learn about designing jewellery and ethically sourcing materials. After building strong relationships with our suppliers around the world we decided to focus more on helping our Earth and limiting fast fashion. In 2021, Sincere Sally decided to just focus on just selling jewellery.

They are SCAM !!!they got my 92$ 😓😓😓

I ordered on 29nov and it was an express courier they told me and since then I m waiting they are just making me fool they sent me 3 tracking ids that clearly seems scam one day status shows out for delivery the other day it’s changes to customer clearance they are SCAM clearly scam 😭😭😭😭 they took my 92$ and I got nothing

I have ordered from your site since…

I have ordered from your site since December 4th, today is the 24th still no product or date since delivery. I have sent you several emails, written on Instagram you ignored me. I will write to you every day on all your posts on Instagram until either you send me the products or you refund me. You have a bad customer service , no answer, nothing and that is not a good thing for you.

Just Terrible

Just Terrible. I placed an order Nov. 17, 2024. I was charged for my order but have not received anything. They say my order is shipped but tracking records shows USPS awaiting item. Status has not changed for a month.

Customer service is unreliable. I asked for refund.

I have contacted my CC company to resolve.

Waiting for a resolution.
