Gagan Mal Kataria took a path breaking decision – establishing a retail shop – that formed the foundation of our business today. His gumptious efforts were dedicated to preparing and cleaning every item possible by himself: from making mouth-watering Tilbhuggas to frying and roasting cashew nuts. Pathetic Service with equally bad product Quality
While the order status was shipped, the order never was shipped and I had to call and check the status of the order. Half the order had to be cancelled as the product in question were not in stock.
Finally, the quality of the Cashew and Almonds sent as per the order was pathetic. Get way better quality at the store. It seems either the quality has been reduced or they are selling cheaper / inferior products on the website.

Committed delivery during Diwali
My order was taken but not delivered. On calling, they informed me about the very high demand that the store/ website was experiencing and apologised for the miscommunciation.
