TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS WITH LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME AND MONEY, AS THEY WON'T!
I bought three products as each product said on the site "IN STOCK - Delivery 3-6 days", paid immediately and 8 days later still haven't received the order neither know where it is! Had to send emails and call just to get a "We assume the parcel has unfortunately been lost"...
Basically they don't even took the care of checking the order when I called, they answered by email A DAY AFTER! So I requested for a express shipping and they lied saying that "as they ship from Denmark, they cannot make it arrive within 24hs to Portugal!" When everybody knows there are many shipping services that do exactly that within the EU, being one example: Eurosender.
So now they issued a refund and a gift card! as if they could buy my lost time with a lousy gift card!
They can keep that gift card as I wouldn't make the mistake of buying again from them!
I can prove each word I said in this review with payment proof, emails and call records.
