Was looking for a new electric sewing machine as the one I had was defunct. As my treadle machine is a Singer I decided to see what you had in electrics. You had a good choice and I chose the Tradition 2263 as the reviews were good. Also, good price.

I needed a leather drive belt for a very old (>100 years) Singer sewing machine in a table and found not only the belts (on offer) but also a free user manual - it made my day.

A good selection to choose from, I searched the internet and did fine the machine I have chosen slightly cheaper elsewhere but opted to order from Singer direct for peace of mind and supplier support.
Check out was simple and was glad of the option to pay for a Saturday delivery to ensure I will be at home to take delivery.

I cannot comment about the service itself. Why I know is that DPD/UPS never showed up to collect the machine, we stayed home both days all day to wait for the pick up (central London) today we have a third attempt and if unsuccessful I will request a full refund and deal with another service provider. The merchant did not take so far effective actions with DPD to do what they are supposed to do.

Easy online purchase delivery the next day but unfortunately the machine handle wheel was jammed so rang customer sales brilliant customer service had a new replacement delivered the next day and faulty machine taken away could not wish for better service.

I ordered the machine on 22/08/25…..it’s now 31/08/25. I have NOT received sewing machine nor had any correspondence from Singer apart from an E-mail saying order confirmed. Now extremely concerned.

Singer Machines Ltd is my go to for accessories and parts for my Singer Serenade 30 sewing machine which is over 30 years old. Recently purchased Singer slant shank even feed/walking foot. Easy to use website, delivery very quick. Have used the foot and it worked brilliantly on layers of cotton fabric and wadding.

My sewing machine is over 20 years old. It's done a lot of jeans, curtains, soft toys & clothes.
Last month it decided it had had enough & the bobbin jumped out of the gubbins & repeatedly.
By accident last week I saw a reel on Facebook that matched my problem & what I needed. Singer still did the part, it came & worked. Cleaned & oiled my machine & now it's back to normal.
